CalRAD: Rape Aggression Defense for Women* 2 Sundays, Sept 22 & 29, 2013 10:00am - 5:00pm Foothill Assembly Room, 2700 Hearst Ave at Highland Place above Gayley Way Fee: $10 for UCB student, staff, post doc, and faculty women; $20 for community Learn how to increase awareness and assertiveness skills. Student-to-Student Peer Counseling Info Sessions

Hi Everyone, Student-to-Student Peer Counseling is holding info sessions this week for students interested in being peer counselors. SSPC offers walk-in and phone-in services to other Berkeley students who want to talk about a range of difficulties, such as stress or depression. Being a peer counselor is a rewarding and educational experience, and SSPC is a very supportive and social community. You only need to attend one of the two info sessions below, where we will give you more information about the club and hold short interviews. No prior counseling experience is needed. We offer extensive training once accepted into our organization. Our normal weekly meetings will be Thursday 6-8pm and we will only be able to accept students who can make this time.
