CREATE Arts-in-Service Student Org
CREATE is an arts-in-service organization for Cal undergraduates. We are currently looking for dancers, theatre enthusiasts, creative writers, and visual artists to teach in Berkeley and Oakland public schools for the Fall 2018 semester! CREATE is a great way to connect with fellow artists and give back to the community.
This year, professional artists in each respective discipline will mentor CREATE teachers to strengthen their understanding of each field and provide inspiration for challenge and exploration- as well as help student teachers add depth and structure to their curriculum and project ideas.
