Project SMILE is looking for mentors for the Spring 2013 semester!
Project SMILE (Spreading Multiculturalism and Inspiring Leadership through Education) is UC Berkeley’s largest student-run mentoring organization. We provide our Cal student mentors with the opportunity to inspire, motivate, and form lasting bonds with the students at Longfellow Middle School through one-on-one mentoring match ups. We have a mission to develop community awareness and leadership in both our mentors and mentees, while making friends, going on adventures together, and having tons of fun!
Being a mentor for Project SMILE is both an exciting and rewarding experience that you won’t forget! In addition, Project SMILE is approved for the Education minor fieldwork requirement!
