Founded in 1992, nonprofit Ecocity Builders provides education for ecological design. We are dedicated to reshaping cities, towns and villages for the long-term health of human and natural systems.
Our interns have gone on to further the cause of equitable and sustainable development in cities across the United States as well as in many countries around the world, including Indonesia, Nepal, Australia, China and Brazil.
Each intern has a unique experience with Ecocity Builders depending upon the projects or programs we are currently involved with. Underneath it all however, we are involving talented young people in real and exciting projects in the United States and around the world that are both meaningful and challenging.
