LPFI is hiring for Summer 2017



The Summer Math and Science Honors (SMASH) Academy at UC Berkeley.

SMASH is a signature program of The Level Playing Field Institute that prepares first generation, college bound high school students of color from low income households, to be competitive in STEM majors and careers.

SMASH is a transformative program not just for our amazing scholars, but for our summer staff as well! If you are interested in joining our SMASH site management team (Lead Instructor and Program Coordinator), our residential team or instructional team, please check out job postings here. Please carefully review the below training, summer program, and debrief dates to note any conflicts before applying.

SMASH: Berkeley Training, Summer Program, and Debrief Dates
Instructor Training*: April 15; May 6, 13; June 3, 13, 15
RA Training: June 9 - June 16
Summer Program Dates: June 17 - July 22
Staff Debrief: July 24 (AM)
Site Management Team Debrief: July 24 (PM)
