This workshop is designed for stressed-out CED students to learn and practice effective techniques to help them better manage their distress. These proven strategies will focus on ways to engage your mind, body, heart, and soul to channel resiliency and relaxation when you need it most.

Stephanie Ho, Ph.D., staff psychologist at CPS with 10 years of experience working in college counseling.  Specialty areas include stress management, anxiety, depression, interpersonal and relationship issues, and multicultural concerns.
